There are many types of neck pain that we can help you with. The most common cause is that one or more of the bones in your spine can become stuck and out of position. This interferes with the nerves that live in your spine and come out of it and into almost every part of your body. Sometimes this can be felt as trapped nerves. Because many of the muscles in your neck and shoulders fasten to these bones, you may also experience muscle spasm.
